Chris was CEO of listed ASX entity Two Way TV before sitting on the board as a Non-Executive Director for five years before becoming Managing Director of Insite a Sports Management business whose clients Included Tim Cahill, Mike Hussey, and Brett Lee.

Read bioScott is a Payment professional with over 25years experience leading and developing solutions for the worlds largest businesses. As one of the founding members of the Blackhawk ASIAPAC team, Scott has held key Senior roles including Head of IT and Operations and Managing Director ASIAPAC. Scott has helped launch major Brands with their physical and digital products around the world and he also has an innovation patent for his work with Telecommunication companies in Australia. Scott also provides advisory services for telecommunication, loyalty and rewards and retail businesses around the world.

Having held several senior management positions in Big 4 chartered accounting firms, ASX-listed and private businesses, Michael has a solid mix of technical skills and practical application. Michael is passionate about working with and supporting all divisions within WAIVPAY to help it grow and reach its full potential.
Head of Engineering
Read bioMatt has over ten years as a software engineer, architect and team lead, starting his career in university innovation centres and more recently in the financial technology and payments market. He has managed many high profile, international projects, providing unique solutions to a number of different sectors. Matt heads up our engineering efforts and leads the delivery of the entire WAIVPAY technology stack, from back-end big data operations, our high velocity CMS and our fleet of in-store card kiosks.
Director Product Innovation
Read bioPatrick was a fund’s manager in the US before he moved to Australia in 1998 where he began developing internet business. Patrick founded Givv Gift Cards in 2011 which merged with WAIV in 2019, creating WAIVPAY. After playing golf and fishing outside of San Francisco for a while, Patrick returns to WAIVPAY to bring passion and experience in development which will drive the expansion of the existing technology and explore new future opportunities. Patrick has BS of Economics and Finance form Illinois State University and a Charter Financial Analyist (CFA).

Read bioElisa (‘E’ for short) heads up our Customer Advocacy team. She’s always on the look out how we can make things better for our customers, partners, shopping centres and their shoppers. Always on the look out for a better way to gift, E has driven the installation and upkeep of WAIVPAY’s assets in the largest of shopping centres. Read bioSteph comes from a traditional accounting background, initially managing the finance function for the business. She now heads up our commercial and administration division managing and building relationships with our client base. Steph is passionate in working with our clients to provide first class solutions in all things gifting and rewards.
Read bioJosh began his career in the hospitality industry and brings to WAIVPAY many years of in-depth experience in customer service and success. He is used to being front and centre in the stickiest of customer problems, and being able to consistently resolve issues to the delight of our customers. You too will see that Josh always ensures an efficient, professional customer service experience for all of our customers.

Originally from Brazil, Renata has made Sydney her home. In her home country, Renata is an experienced and highly qualified accountant, and she’s presently transferring those skill and credentials for the Australian market.
Read bioCharlotte joins WAIVPAY as an Intern this year all the way from Frankfurt am Main. Born in Sydney, Charlotte moved to Germany back in 2013 with her family, after finishing High School in 2020 she began her bachelor’s degree in International Business at ESB Reutlingen. Charlotte was adamant to compete her internship back in Australia, now she aids across all parts of the business.
